Talent Mapping in Remote Locations

Our relationship with this global Oil & Gas operator began in 2015 when we were engaged on a challenging retained assignment for a number of country head positions across Africa including countries such as Nigeria and Angola.​

Following the successful delivery of these roles we had detailed discussions with the client with regards to the challenges of talent acquisition and retention in Africa.

As a result of these conversations we designed a long-term solution for their business with EarthStream acting as their primary recruitment provider.

The solution strongly relies on talent mapping within the key African countries they operate within, to build a pipeline of local, national and expat talent that would ensure that future recruitment projects are efficiently delivered to when vacancies become available.

This project spans over 7 different African countries.
