Charmaine joined Xcede Group in February 2022 as part of the Earthstream Division. She started her Recruitment Career 12 Years ago, where she has had exposure both locally and internationally, Charmaine started as a medical Recruiter for the UK, she thereafter discovered my passion for Technical Recruitment and eventually Contracting recruitment. Charmaine is very passionate about people and therefore loves that she can make a difference in the lives of her candidates and having solid relationships with her clients.
