I’ve had a varied career in the renewables market, having spent time as a supplier and on client side.
I started out my recruitment career as a consultant for a large multi-sector recruitment company focusing on blue collar contract and supporting various service providers across Europe.
I then decided to make the move to one of my clients FairWind A/S. I started in the position of Offshore services coordinator supporting business units with the general running of both on/offshore wind projects.
After a few years I progressed into the Sales department to help increase productivity and workload. Focusing on building relationships with new OEM’s and expanding on the existing client base.
Working for a wind services provider was a challenging and rewarding experience, it gave me a solid foundation from which to develop my recruitment career and in 2017 I returned to the service side as a renewables consultant primality focusing on the wind market and assisting to build this new market for Voyage.
Our initial focus was to support service providers across Europe with both short term and long-term contract placements. This has now evolved into supporting all phases of both on/offshore projects, with pre-fabrication to general maintenance of Turbines.
Now as part of EarthStream, I see a real opportunity to expand and leverage their global renewable client base and deliver some market leading solutions.
Outside of work I enjoy socializing with friends with a nice bowl of gin and tonic. I also enjoy participating golf, rugby and skiing.
