Earthstream are an award winning, industry-leading Semiconductor recruitment company, partnering with some of the world's largest and most recognized businesses to bring experts on to their major projects.
We are currently working with one of the largest providers of outsourced semiconductor packaging, design, and test services who is actively looking for an Account Manager to join their offices in Munich (Germany).
Work model is hybrid, being required to go to the offices 3 days a week.
What will you do?
Work together with Customer Service and Technical Program Managers
Establish and manage customer strategic goals and adjust resources to achieve a profitable revenue
Negotiate with customers regarding contracts and pricing
Identify target accounts, qualify prospects, and support customers
Coordinate across internal stakeholders
What will you need?
Degree in Economics and/or Engineering
7+ of experience in Account/Sales, Customer Relationship & Program Management in the semiconductor industry
Experience in Assembly and Test, Semiconductor Testing/Packaging
Fluent English communication skills - German is a plus.
Willingness to travel (both in Europe and internationally) - ~30% travel
It's a perfect match if, in addition, you have:
Flexibility to work within Europe, USA and Asian business hours
Knowledge of SAP, Sales Force and Agile
Experience in OSAT
