Our client is on the hunt for an O&M Engineer to join their team in either Johannesburg or Cape Town.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an O&M engineer, you take ownership of the following:
* Monitoring a subset of their national site footprint
* Actively looking for performance issues and proactively mitigating risk
* Compiling performance reports for customers, including loss attribution reporting
* Assessing the financial performance of the PV plant
* Sending technical teams to site to perform inspections or cleaning (proactive maintenance)
* Sending technical teams to repair faults on site that affect performance (reactive maintenance)
* Liaising with customers, from time to time, in order to quote on "out of bundle" repairs
