Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage construction site activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
    • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate their work on-site.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Maintain high standards of construction quality and workmanship.
    • Implement quality control measures and inspections at various project stages.
    • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  5. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
    • Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies as they arise.
  6. Client Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
    • Provide regular project updates and address client concerns or inquiries.
  7. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the project team, including site supervisors and support staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
    • Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to project goals and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certification in construction management (e.g., CCM) is a plus.
