Description:

Imagine a future where you can be an integral part of the implementation of Contract Management to entire business areas and deliver commercial value to a wide variety of stakeholders through strong supplier relationships.

In this role you'll be responsible for extending and building upon our Operating Model for Contract Management to new business areas such as Facility Services. This entails that you will be responsible for a global portfolio of contracts within the area, handle all commercial issues arising from the contracts, including claims and changes, and work with optimizing value from our supplier relationships.

You will be a part of the Contract Management and Consultancy Services team in Services Procurement. The team has the full responsibility for the commercial management of contracts, implementations as well as Contract Lifecycle Management, within the Services Procurement scope. The Services Procurement scope includes the large portfolio of IT contracts, the full Contingent Workforce scope in Facility Services, P&D and Training. We are dedicated to deliver high value to our stakeholders across the clients through best-in-class commercial management of supplier relationships.The team is comprised of a great group of ambitious and caring colleagues who all play their unique role in delivering on our goals.

The five most important tasks:

- Taking commercial responsibility for the management and value-optimization of a wide-ranging portfolio of contracts within Facility Management.

- Handling commercial issues arising from contracts, including issues related to e.g., Supplier Performance, Contract Execution, Claims Management

- Advise colleagues in Services Sourcing and Stakeholders in the organization on commercial and contractual terms.

- Extending and developing our Operating Model for Contract Management to new business areas, such as Facility Services.

- Developing and executing on supplier Action Plans with manager and business stakeholder to support the realization of enterprise objectives and develop supplier relationship

Requirements:

· Have experience with commercial management of contracts, services contracts preferably.

· Have a cross-disciplinary background based on a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Law or Engineering, as well as an understanding of Indirect Procurement categories.

· Thrive in an international environment and can create good relationships with your stakeholders - internally as well as externally.

· Are familiar with negotiating with suppliers and taking responsibility for planning and executing the negotiation process.

· Speak and write English fluently.
