Contracts Manager

Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee the contracts negotiation and management process for their latest offshore wind project. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Role:

* Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, including FIDIC contracts.

* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, legal counsel, and external parties.

* Provide guidance to project teams on contract requirements and best practices.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.

* Manage contract change orders and amendments.

* Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.

* Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
