My client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team. The Document Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization, tracking, and management of documents within the company. Key Responsibilities:

  4. Documentation Archiving:
    • Manage the archiving and disposal of obsolete documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain an organized and accessible document archive for historical records.
  5. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on document control processes and best practices.
    • Serve as a resource for document-related inquiries and support.
  6. Security and Confidentiality:
    • Implement and enforce document security protocols to protect sensitive information.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of critical documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (Associate's degree or equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in document management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of document control standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific document requirements is a plus.
