Field Service Manager

Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day operations including but not limited to:

Supervisor, mentor, hire & train direct reports. Auditing performance quality and build training plans to help grow the office.

Schedule technician and coordinate schedules to operational standards.

Prepare and review quotes, perform job walks, review technical reports and evaluate for completeness and audit field work.

Provide technical support to both internal and external customers including sales and production.

Develop and maintain customer relationships as well as vendors by interacting with them daily on scheduled jobs and emergencies.

Work closely with VP and General Manager to assure the company is in full compliance with company and customer policies, develope safety records and minimize the company's exposure to potential risk.

This position will be 75% in the office/ 25% visiting customer sites in the Mid-West.

NETA II or III certification preferred.
