Our client, a large multinational energy company, presently seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist with significant experience in recruiting within the Oil and Gas sector on an international basis.
Please Note: This is a full time role for a period of 12 months based at the client's premises in London. It is essential that the prospective employee is able to work on site.
- Must presently be based within the UK (preferably London).
- Must have the right to work within the UK.
- Must have a proven track record of experience in recruiting for an agency and / or recruiting within an internal recruitment capacity for international roles.
- Must have recruited within the oil and gas and / or mining and / or engineering / industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to effectively source, screen and submit candidates for vacancies on time and to spec.
- Experience in dealing with multiple clients is essential.
- Must be highly motivated with a strong passion for the Oil and Gas sector.
- Must be completely fluent in English.
- The ability to speak Spanish, French, Italian, German or Dutch is highly desirable, but not essential.
