Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator

Job Description

As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the HSE department`s daily business. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Administrative tasks
    • Contribute to emergency preparedness planning and coordination
    • Facilitate the communication with the company doctor including the management of relevant documentation
    • Develop the HSE intranet pages with focus on accessibility and current content
    • Monitoring of the Operational Integration Management
    • Contribute to the seamless integration of HSE requirements into day-to-day operations
    • Coordinate and track employee HSE training
    • Develop and deliver training materials as needed
  2. Project activities
    • Collaborate on HSE-related projects to enhance safety and environmental performance
    • Drive digitalization efforts within the HSE organization
    • Development of HSE communication with creation of awareness videos
    • Assist in HSE-related tender processes, including document preparation and submission
    • Utilize tools such as MS Forms, MS Bookings and Power BI for data collection and communication
  3. Handling of operational tasks
    • Work with a case management system
    • Act as an internal coach to facilitate knowledge sharing with the case management system
    • Provide guidance and support to DNV employees on HSE matters
    • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness at work
