Our client, a Wind and Solar Developer, based in Cape Town, has a current opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor (Renewable Energy Sector) on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Cape Town.

The Senior Human Resources Advisor would be required to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation including compensation, benefits, training, health and safety which are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior HR role (Generalist experience)
  • Renewable Energy industry experience is highly preferred
