The Role:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with departments, and maintain industry connections.

- Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Taiwanese labor laws and handle reporting.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and support career growth.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 8+ years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwanese labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Bonus if you have experience working as a HR professional in the renewable energy sector in Taiwan
