Job Description

The Role:

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with departments, and maintain industry connections.
  • Employee Relations: Implement policies, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Conduct appraisals, identify training needs, and foster employee development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Taiwanese labor laws and handle reporting.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and support career growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwanese labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Bonus if you have experience working as a HR professional in the renewable energy sector in Taiwan
