Responsibilities
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Act as a HSE manager, handling observations and providing advice on different aspects of the project
- Able to debrief relevant stakeholders on audit inspection findings
- Develop and deliver trainings on safety
- Promote a strong HSE culture
- Ensure all procedures, legislation and risk assessment methods are dutifully followed
- Monitor and assess HSE behaviour
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- HEBOSH qualification
- ISO 45001 auditing qualification
- Proactive mindset
- Good understanding of international HSE standards
- Clear understanding of OHSA regulations in Taiwan
