Job description

Earthstream Global are activley looking for Instrumentation Engineer for one of our offshore wind projects in the German North Sea with the following project details/requirements:

 

Place of duty:                                 German North Sea, EEZ,

Mobilization:                                  soonest possible (Friday, 19th of April)

Duration:                                       14 on / 14 off rotations, for a duration until June 2019 with option for an extension

Job level:                                          Senior

Tasks include:                                Commissioning of Electrical Instrumentation Equipment during the Commissioning phase of an offshore HVDC platform

Educational background:            Education in Electrical Engineering or similar

Professional experience:            Experience in offshore commissioning jobs of E&I (Equipment & Instrumentation), preferably on offshore HVDC / substations

Essential soft skills:                        Team player, working in a multinational context, working under pressure, organized / keeping the overview, analytical skills

Required Offshore Certificates:

  • GWO First Aid
  • BOSIET or GWO Sea Survival
  • HUET incl. CA-EBS
  • GWO Working at Heights (not older than one year)
  • Boat Transfer (included in GWO Sea Survival)
  • Medical Certificate including chester step test and spirometry test (preferred NOGEPA, RenUK, OGUK, AWMF S1 or equivalent)
