They offer wide range of products and services from custom-fit technical solutions to tested standard products and tailor-made engineering services. The service portfolio includes all technical areas related to the planning, installation, operation and, maintenance of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. The Refrigeration Team is based in Southern Germany and is leading in the development of refrigeration equipment and solutions. They want to expand their international presence within the Asia Pacific Region.  


Your responsibility: 

  • Development and expansion of distribution networks in APAC Region
  • Providing technical advise and support for business partners e.g. distributors  
  • Qualification of enquires and preparation of quotations   
  • Tracking and managing the performance of business partners to ensure objectives and sales budget are met 
  • Responsible for market analysis and growth strategy for the Region with main focus on Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippine, Indonesia    


 You fit perfectly to the company if you meet the following conditions:

  • You have a degree in the field of refrigeration / process / supply technology, and have a good technical knowledge  
  • Your min. 5 years experience in the refrigeration industry as a Sales Engineer or Manager and dealing with foreign cultures you could successfully prove 
  • Ideally you will have personal and business ties in the APAC region and have developed distributors or other sales channels  
  • Your strong sales and customer-oriented thinking and acting makes you a competent and recognized point of contact with customers  
  • Your great dedication and loyalty and the ability to act solution-oriented, complete your profile   
  •  Next to English you ideally speak French or German
