Technical Skills required
- Experience with Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
- Important to demonstrate good skills in Sharepoint, Onedrive and Teams.
- Experience with working with Windows 10 and 11 professional
- Troubleshooting networks - LAN and Wifi
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in an IT Support role or equivalent
- Implementation and administration of Service Ticket system
Advantageous skills:
- Basic Linux skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, MS Projects
- Power Automate is a bonus
- Windows Server 2019
- Database SQL
- Programming skills (Python, Shell scripting)
IT Services and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Monitoring of device hardware and software
- Ensure Data Security including managing anti-virus, software patching, managing all threats, incidents, and problems, data theft, and protection
- PC setups for new and existing users
- Remote and onsite assistance for all users
- IT support for client's core softwares (installations, performance, testing etc)
- Procuring and specification of IT infrastructure and services which includes Tablets, UPS, wifi routers, alarms, telephones, cloud computing etc
- Updating of Asset Registers and stock keeping of IT Equipment in storage
- Main point of contact for the external IT Support company
- Handling of service tickets (Client's IT Champion)
- IT-related Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
- VOIP Telephone setup, registration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365 domain user creation, email address creation, group assignments
- Directly reporting to Top Management - high integrity role
- Drafting and managing IT policies for the company
- Implementing and maintaining ERP system
- Sharepoint role and permissions management
