Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Subsea Cable Division
For one of our Clients, one of the largest organisations in the field of Power Transmission product manufacturer we are looking for Key Account Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent contract basis to be based in North Germany.
As an Key Account Manager the Candidates responsibilities are focused towards; Market Development, Sales and Contract Management,
You will be the Key contact person who suggests solutions, designs and products for high end subsea applications such as Subsea Umbilicals, Subsea Mining, Subsea Vehicles and monitoring Systems, as well as subsea clean energy which operates at global level.
In this managerial role with 6 direct reports you drive the organization to provide value added solutions at global level, to a loyal customers base with travel time of around 30% within Europe.
Your tasks would include:
Manage sales for subsea special cables business, which has the scope to design, manufacture and deliver to market electrical and communication cables to specialized subsea industrial applications such as, subsea oil and gas, subsea mining, subsea vehicles and monitoring systems, subsea clean energy applications.
Active maintenance of the accounts portfolio such as defining initiatives to retain accounts, develop accounts, achieve new accounts.
Set yearly targets for the business, each individual customer and products as well as maintain a monthly monitoring of progress vs. targets.
Set business strategy aimed at expanding the business applications served by the unit, through a strong and competent market development and a coherent product development with priorities defined via economic ratios
Enter into existing and emerging subsea industrial application segments at global level.
Promote and guide the Offshore Specialties Business Unit in developing products to new application segments to enter
Ideally your Profile looks like:
A degree in Materials Science and Engineering
Technical, electrical and mechanical know how on subsea oil and gas or similar
Sales or technical support experience in the supply chain of oil gas subsea applications (for example OEM maker)
Managed for at least 10 years sales and technical sales departments in international organizations working on Subsea Business at global level
Direct experience on subsea industrial applications, such as oil & gas, mining, vehicles and monitoring, smart use of energy and of resources
Solid relations with subsea oil and gas or subsea industrial accounts
German as your mother tongue and you are fluent in English
