This is an asignment for the joint German projects

Rotation: The first month, which is project start up phase (before the Site Technicians start), will be on an onshore Mon-Fri rotation, together with the back to back Lead Site Tech and the Harbour Site Supervisor on project.

Once construction starts (primo May) you will fall into rotation with the other Lead Site Tech and do a 14 days on/off rotation.

From May 2023 to Dec 2023 you can expect to be both offshore and/or onshore.

From August-October there is a Jack-up vessel offshore while OSS is installed, which will be used for accommodation when/if working offshore.

From January 2024 to June 2024 expect to be mainly onshore, however offshore works can be expected if needed.

If accepting this contract it is expected that the candidate will continue on project on a new contract starting 1st October 2024 ending 31st January 2025.

Accommodation while onshore is included in the rate.


  • Day to day tasks BOP and OSS/OFTO asset and ad hoc tasks.


  • Responsible for the Site Technicians. Rota, timesheets etc.
  • Overall daily planning of tasks and RAMS for the Site Technicians.
  • Assist as required with general harbour duties, which will include manual handling (in support of Harbour Site Supervisor)

Assist Site Technicians as required with daily tasks e.g.:

  • Managing the maintenance of the OSS- crane, davit lifting systems and manual hoists.
  • Any extra tasks given to the Site Techs by the projects.
  • Snags after installation.
  • Ad-hoc tasks (both onshore and offshore).
  • Site (ONSS and OSS) walk-downs and checks (as directed by CM).
  • Assisting SAP's with fitting of locks and chains during commissioning.
  • Servicing, repair, re-fuelling and removal of foundation generators.
  • General maintenance and inspections of mechanical OSS systems (not electrical during construction) including Helideck (Aviation/Temporary Navigation) if applicable.



  • GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
  • OGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester Step.
  • Relevant education: Rigger/Bandsman/Slinger, Cutting/Grinding/Drilling.


  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably HLO trained or has HLO/HDA awareness
