Pre-assembly Site Manager

The Pre-assembly Site Manager is responsible for daily site activities, safety, contractors' work supervision, budget & time management, in coordination with the project team.

Responsibilities

  • Daily site management site and pre-installation work progress.
  • Responsible for follow-up on delivery schedules, shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods.
  • Planning, emphasising and deploying pre-installation resources, tools and equipment.
  • Supervising the work of Contractors.
  • Supporting close communication with relevant sub-contracted companies.
  • Resolving internal issues to ensure the project is not affected.
  • Supporting effective HSE and Quality management within the pre-installation site.
  • Ensuring adequate training for pre-installation personnel.
  • Notifying of incidents and accidents according to HSE procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the wind industry on a pre-assembly project.
  • Proven work experience in construction management.
  • A technical diploma, degree or relevant qualification related to engineering, construction or similar is required.
  • Health Safety & Environment and Quality focused.
  • Good process understanding.
  • Good office & site management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
