Priority Services Admin Assistant
Location- Perth, Scotland
Contract Length- 4 months (possibility of moving into FTE)
The Customer Contact Centre in Perth incorporates several departments including CCC Call advisors, Executive Complaints, Fault Despatch, Priority Services Team and others.
We have one vacancy for a temporary Administration Assistant in our Priority Services team. The Priority Services team oversee our Priority Service Register which has been designed to offer extra help and support during a power cut. This role involves registering new and updating existing priority customers on our database and keeping our database up to date. Dealing with incoming and outgoing customer correspondence this can be by both email or letter and assisting with other administration duties.
- To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in administrative functions with a knowledge of how to use Microsoft packages such as excel, word, SharePoint etc. You should have the capacity to deliver high quality work handling sensitive data in a demanding environment with a flexible approach and attention to detail that is balanced by a determination to get the job done.
