Project Manager

Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a IT Project Manager on a permanent basis, for a world leading heavy/ commercial vehicles company. The role will form part of the retail/ sales team. The incumbent is expected to be involved in all stages of projects, from preparation, execution to closure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and setting up users and business unit structure in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365.
- Trouble shooting CRM system
- Work as a super-user for local market on all sales systems
- Business Analysis for sales related IT Projects
- Manage all change requests, user stories, process mapping.
- Conduct Workshops and full trainings on existing and new sales tools, as well as the creation of training material.
- Start up to implementation and roll out of sales projects - sales processes and sales tools, including Dynamics CRM and Sales Portal, CoW and CoW AP

- Relevant education or equivalent work experience (IT and Project Management)
- Experience gained in retail operation companies with sales and services (Must understand the sales process)
- Relevant work experience in project management (Planning, implementing, monitoring and completing projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk and communications)
- Fluent in English
