Project Support Engineer (Poland)

Earthstream have been instructed by our client to recruit for a Polish speaking (native) Project Support Engineer (PSE) to work closely with the Poland Programme Manager (PM) and will be responsible for supporting the PM in the execution of, and the commercial and technical delivery of the different service agreements (including to LTSA, LTPM or transactional). At the same time this role shall support the Business Development in Poland.

Project Support Engineer will support also Customers on the operation and maintenance of rotating machines like Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators and Auxiliary Systems. In place where will be required PSE will lead on the Customer problems solving.

*Please note that you will be required to work on site 3 days per week minimum and during Outage, 5-6 days per week*

Project Support Engineer will:

Support the operation and maintenance of rotating machines, steam valves and auxiliary systems,
be responsible for trouble shooting a diverse range of problems that occur during operation and/or maintenance.

The engineer would join a multi-national team that covers gas turbine, steam turbine, generators and plant auxiliary systems, analyse operational data to investigate various operation problems on turbines and auxiliary systems,
investigate problems that have occurred during maintenance works and capable of providing solutions on an urgent basis.

Summarise your findings in clear, logical and easily understood reports for external customers or internal departments.
potentially work on outages in technical position (Technical Advisor/ Outage Project Manager) not in a normal basis but when required due to the circumstances or events on the rotating equipment, valves, auxiliary systems on the machine room.

Collaborate with the Field Services Team and Engineering Team in order to maximize the service to the customer for planned and unplanned maintenances.

Coordinate field service activities during the planned and unplanned outages in the covered area projects,
act as interface between commercial, service and repairs teams (in case will be required).
