QHSE Officer

Job Description

Technical context

IMPORTANT -> ONLY UK CANDIDATES

* Provide support to the mobilisation team for all QHSE related matters during the mobilisation and mobilisation preparation
* Support the mobilisation team for the safe coordination and planification of contractors during mobilisation
* Check and comment contractor's RAMS and other documents
* Ensure that personnel use the latest versions of PQMP, PHSEMP, ITP, MST, RA, etc.
* Project QHSE reporting, KPI and communications with Project management and vessel
* Participating in meetings and toolboxes onboard and on site
* Participating in supplier audits
* Investigation incidents & non-conformities
* Engage the supervisors and workforce to actively participate in HSE matters and campaigns
* Carry out HSE inspections on the workfloor and ensure proper reporting, communication and follow-up of the findings
* Management SHOC cards on board/on site

Business context

Technical profile requirements
* Proven track record in HSE in high risk industries, preferably in Offshore Wind, Heavy Logistics or docking

Non-Technical profile requirements
* Strong communication skills
* Good knowledge & experience with MS Office
* Good command of English, both written and spoken

Methodology/Certification requirements
* MSC/MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Chemical Engineering OR equivalent through experience
OR
* MSc Degree Safety Engineering, prevention advisor level 1 or 2 or equivalent

Language proficiencies
* English
* Other, local, languages are a plus
