Sales Director - Solar C & I

Sales Director required by a successful global company offering an excellent package for the right candidate. This is an opportunity to join a leadership-level role within the renewables sector!
- Researching, identifying, and selecting potential customer selection.
- Required to maintain and adhere to company HSE standards.
- Develop accurate segmentation and targeting of the market, including identifying customers and market opportunities, establishing a balance of long-term pipeline and short-term revenue.
- Develop and implement an effective channel management plan to ensure company is recommended and introduced to strategic opportunities.
- Identify and target strategic clients and projects; establish long-term and trustful relationships with customers.
- Develop marketing plans to grow company brand influence. Represent company in public relations communications, including seminars, conferences and interviews.
- Guide and participate with the country and regional management team to effectively implement the customer and project plans. Be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieve sales targets.
- Setting the business negotiation strategy to ensure the Business's financial health (the right balance of sales, operating expenses, and profits).
Qualifications / Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in sales role
- Based / open to relocate to Taipei
- Strong background in leadership roles
- Possess deep technical knowledge working on solar projects
- Must be fluent in English (bilingual preferred)
- International / cross cultural exposure (preferred)
- Has a wide network across Taiwan - business and government sectors
- Experienced in delivering and acquiring projects - fisheries or similar projects
- Proven experience in local Taiwanese and regional projects (Taiwanese / local expats only)
