Sales Manager Plant Engineering
Your tasks are:
- Responsibility for the areas of sales, business development and marketing
- Elaboration of the sales strategy
- Development of new target markets and customers
- Selecting and pursuing future activities and projects in consultation with management
- Maintenance of existing customer contacts
- Coordination and execution of technical and commercial proposal processing for national and international projects
- Leading contract negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers
- Management, control and further development of sales structures and processes within the group of companies
- Consistent analysis of KPIs and development of a transparent sales controlling system
- Competent interface to all internal departments
- Planning and participation in trade fairs (national and international)
You bring with you:
- Completed studies in engineering (such as process or environmental engineering) with diploma or master's degree.
- Ideally specialization in the field of water/wastewater, biological and physicochemical processes
- At least 8 years of experience in process engineering design of biological and physico-chemical
- plants for wastewater treatment
- Several years of professional experience in sales management of a medium-sized industrial company in the field of mechanical or plant engineering
- Understanding of industrial production water cycles
- Experience in personnel management and working in a matrix organization
- Business fluent German and at least good English skills
- Strong technical understanding as well as analytical, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking
- High degree of customer orientation coupled with a professional and confident manner
- Very good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1020%)
