What does the role involve?
Talent Directors must be multi-faceted, with an ability to win and deliver business, build and manage teams, understand and run P&L’s whilst creating an environment that is synonymous with the visions and values of TechStream Group. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Board, you will help define our strategy into targeted sectors, define client acquisition and project parameters. Whilst being accountable for new business development. It is expected that you will have the ability to lead seminars and keynote speaking assignments, prepare detailed tenders and response to proposals. You will be trained to identify some of the most challenging technology projects in the world and design best-fit solutions for the clients.
What are we after?
Presently we are open to the right someone taking on their 1st directors role or possibly they are running smaller offices of up to 15 consultants. And looking for a more innovative and high action environment. The magnitude of the role will grow as the office grow but there will be constant training and development for the right person to achieve this vision.
You must have a proven track record for client acquisition and an ability to manage and mentor consultants. At this level, we are looking for upper quartile individuals that can easily demonstrate success throughout their career.
We are very open as to whether you have focused on a permanent or flexible provision in the past as our office will provide both services. You must naturally want to beat targets and take instruction well.
