Technical Sales Manager

Your tasks & activities:

  • Responsible for the expansion of sales and profit of a defined group of customers in the DACH region with a focus on the product group POWER in close cooperation with the regional sales manager and account manager.
  • Establishing and expanding a solid and long-term business relationship with customers through technical support and design-in activities.
  • Establishment and expansion of a solid and long-term business relationship with our supplier partners.
  • Representing the company.
  • Close cooperation with regional sales and product marketing
  • Active generation and tracking of project business
  • Organization and attendance of relevant trade fairs and technical events
  • Current information about market, technology and product development of the manufacturers
  • Regular customer and market analysis
  • Structured reporting and documentation of all business-related, customer-related processes and changes
  • Participation in training courses
  • Organization of technical training (internal and external).

Your profile:

  • Technical or commercial training.
  • Several years of experience in the distribution of electronic components
  • Organizational talent, commitment, creativity and initiative
  • Confident, competent demeanor in front of customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Experience in dealing with common Microsoft Office applications, basic knowledge of SAP R/3
  • Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • valid driving license - willingness to travel
