Warranty Manager - Renewables/Solar - Remote with travel
An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Warranty Manager to join a fast-growing international business that specialises in developing utility scale Solar/PV projects across the UK and Europe.
The successful Warranty Manager will be responsible for supporting utility scale Solar installations within the warranty period, with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to improve products and processes, coordinating and documenting any issues while bring projects to a successful conclusion during the final phase.
Required skills and experience:
* Good experience in warranty management service and aftersales, preferably in an international Solar/PV environment
* Strong experience dealing with customers, contractors, as well as internal and external teams
* Ability and willingness to work with contract law
* Well organised and independent way of working
* Confident and strong in argumentation
* Excellent communication in English, ideally some German
* Completed electrical studies or training as an electrical engineer
* Willingness to travel (20%)
