Job Role: Commissioning Engineer Control Technology
Location: Germany
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 plus benefits
As a Commissioning Engineer Control Technology your remit will include:
- Program creation and software preparation including testing on virtual models are part of your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for commissioning and optimizing the control technology (including PLC/CNC/HMI) of fully automatic, CNC-controlled machining systems
- The initial commissioning at our customers' site with subsequent relocation and recommissioning at the end customer are also part of your work
- You are responsible for programming the system according to customer standards
- You carry out Safety Integrated acceptance tests
- You will be responsible for integrating the machines into existing IT systems (operational data acquisition, production control, etc.) and testing machine functions
- You are responsible for troubleshooting and fixing electrical hardware and software
- You document results and train our customers
What you will bring to the company:
- Completed training in mechanical and/or electrical field
- CNC basic training
- PLC project experience, preferably with Siemens systems
- Willingness to travel (>90%); nationally and internationally
- Experience with different mechatronic processes
- Dealing with digital tools
