Construction Planner

Here at Earthstream we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Planner for one our leading battery development companies in Europe is role is based in North Sweden.

Main responsibilities of the Planner will include:

• Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise in the Construction projects.

• Review, comment and administer proposals, drafts, negotiation and executed contracts.
• Review and control the monthly invoicing.

• Review and report project cost/schedule with ongoing project analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and change management.
• Monitoring and appraising the performance of the Contractors and Consultants.Control project cost/schedule outcomes by recommending and deploying management interventions with support of the Program, Project Management, Engineering, Procurements teams, executed through the Clients Owners Representatives and Contractors.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with P6.
• Experience should include Greenfield and Brownfield Complex projects within Industrial, Battery Manufactury, Pharmaceutical, Oil&Gas industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driving Licence
• Open to 100% travel-based role.
