Job Title: Site Scheduler - Industrial Construction Projects (Data Centres)

Location: On-Site (Dubin)

Position Overview:

EarthStream Global seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Site Scheduler to join our team and support large-scale industrial construction projects, with a focus on data centres. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specialising in complex construction scheduling, and must be willing to work on-site to ensure smooth project delivery.

As a Site Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring the project schedules to ensure all construction activities are on track. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to optimise timelines, resource allocation, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to ensure all construction phases are on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to identify project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
  • Prepare and present scheduling reports, including Gantt charts, timelines, and progress updates, to the project team and senior management.
  • Proactively identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual obligations, supporting the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably on industrial or large-scale projects such as data centres.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project scheduling software is required.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on-site at project locations as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.

If you are an experienced scheduler with a passion for industrial construction and the ability to thrive in a site-based environment, we encourage you to apply.
