Permit Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the PTWS through the SeaPlanner system, advising contractors on document status and facilitating internal/external personnel with system use.
Archive cancelled or completed work permits and ensure that the PTW Procedure is strictly adhered to by all personnel.
Review revisions of pre-approved RAMS and ensure the latest revision numbers are assigned to the GATW.
Assess contractor documentation as needed to ensure compliance with project and safety requirements.
Conduct on-site PTWS training sessions for contractors and support the Marine Coordinators in creating and completing personnel profiles.
Collaborate with the software developer to address system issues, manage updates, and implement system improvements.
Enforce and maintain the custody and control procedures for offshore assets.
Deliverables:
Maintain and update the approved RAMS database, cross-checking with the Project Electronic Document Management System (Aconex) to ensure necessary functions have reviewed all documents.
Keep installation boards updated, tracking the progress of monopile, cable, tower, and turbine installations throughout the project.
Issue permits to contractors and ensure all parties update the 3- and 7-day activity forecasts in preparation for daily meetings.
Generate reports from the system as requested by construction coordinators for auditing purposes.
Document and minute daily and weekly coordination meetings.
Raise alerts and provide early warnings on emerging trends related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) risks or repeated PTWS violations, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
