Civil Quality Supervisor

Here at Earthstream we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Inspector for one of the leading data centre developments in Europe.

Key responsibilities for the Civil Inspector include but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and observations.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Monitor construction practices to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or deficiencies in construction.
• Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety among workers.
• Supervise and conduct field tests on materials and construction methods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review and interpret laboratory test results related to materials used in construction.

Qualifications & experiences required:

• 5+ years working experience in project quality during the construction and handover phase.
• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Construction Inspector) preferred.
• Excellent English written and oral skills.
