66 kV Senior Authorised Person
- ROTATION - 4 weeks On / 4 weeks Off,
- Rotation can be agreed locally, as we are flexible for this. 4W/4W is preferable
- Expected temporary Work location in Singapore From contract start after onboarding until January 2025. Consultants will meet in Taiwan for onboarding and authorization training, After that, they will be sent to Singapore to begin work according to rotation plan.
- Offshore based in 2025 (accommodation paid by Client). Will be working offshore in Taiwan from February 2025 to December 2025.
- Average 12 Hour working days
- Client will pay for accommodation when working onshore as per rotation plan.
- Client will pay for Offshore accommodation.
- All travel is candidates responsibility, excluding offshore activities
- Client will not cover any flights or daily travel. For expat candidates, Clients will cover for mob/demob flight tickets(first flight & last flight).
- Any travel during off shift will be at consultant's own expense and not paid by Clients.
- Full GWO BST and Medicals Required to work offshore. HUET-C-EBS not required
- All required Covid 19 tests for travel at the cost of the contractor.

Responsibilities - Implementation of the Electrical Safety Rules on site, including the safe system of work
- Advise operationally on high voltage electrical installations to WTG, offshore substations and both HV submarine and onshore cables
- Oversee safe commissioning of grid connections, onshore substations and associated MV/HV/LV plant and equipment
- Oversee all MV/HV/LV electrical operational activities to ensure safety, security and integrity of the HV network
- Contribute to proactive management, good coordination and communication between all parties and that the process works effectively
- Coordinate MV/HV/LV commissioning activities through the project construction stages
- Ensure compliancy with and managing of Ørsted Electrical Safety Rules
- Safety coordination in electrical matters
- Act as senior authorized person
- Outage management and network control in collaboration with the Control Engineers
- Update MV/HV/LV schematic diagrams
- Inspect work sites and perform site safety inspections and auditing for electrical matters
- Coordinate with the Lead Commissioning Project Manager to ensure that accurate updates are distributed to the Project Management
- Manage and coordinate HV/MV/LV commissioning activities
- Coordinate with National Grid and attend commissioning panel meetings
- Prepare and check high voltage switching schedules
- Check method statements for electrical matters
- Implement and provide training programmes for relevant staff according to the rules
- Provide technical and engineering advice to working parties for electrical matters
- Assist different departments in Ørsted when required
- Attendance at FAT and SAT tests if required
- Act as Training Mentor for Various projects within Ørsted
- Input to the project commissioning management manual and related documents (including pre-commissioning and commissioning quality plans)
- Participation in different audits
- Reports from FAT & SAT on the different high voltage equipments
- Onsite check of switching programs
- Participation in the planning of resource and work activities
- Participation in authorizations and assessments of new candidates
- Deliver inputs to the design phase of the project on technical aspect
- Say in relation to MV/HV switching and isolations
- Issue of Ørsted Electrical Safety Rules safety rules documents
- Management of electrical safety to work onsite
- Appropriate electrical qualification and background related to the authorization scope.
- Minimum 3 months of working experience within offshore substations systems
- Minimum 1 year of working experience within Wind turbines
- Preferable 8VM1 Switching course experience and in-date course
- Complete and up to date GWO courses and HUET with CA-EBS if required by site (climbing gear person weight limit - 120kg/264lb
