Key Qualifications Client witness/support the delivery of the HV/Substation and WTG SCADA systems during the construction and commissioning phase of the project supporting Onshore and/or Offshore systems. Onshore Landfall Site Manager Location: Happisburgh NR12 - South Denes Road, Great Yarmouth Duration: 01/04/2026 to 30/04/2027 Project: Norfolk Vanguard West and East OWF Type: Freelance, outside IR35 Role description: The Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will support the Offshore Site Manager (OSM) in the management of the site establishment and works co-ordination for the Onshore PC Zone 3 Site, at Happisburgh NR12, for the completion of HDD and the subsequent installation, jointing and testing of 2x 320kV offshore cables plus associated. Experience of the management of offshore wind farm construction, including an appreciation of the Principal Contractor duties under the CDM (2015) Regulations is required. The scope of works will be carried out at the Principal Contractor construction coordination base in Norfolk, and the Onshore PC Zone 3 Site, at Happisburgh NR12. Flexible working hours will be essential given the 24-hour offshore construction process, and it is expected that the Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will work with either a 10 on 4 off shift rotation or Monday to Friday with sufficient provisions for travel - yet to be defined. The Onshore HDD Landfall Site Manager will have the day-to-day responsibility for the coordination and management of works within the PC Zone 3 Site and related to the landfall installation of the offshore export cables. Reporting activity to line management and the wider project will be daily and weekly. There will be a requirement to attend and where relevant chair daily and weekly meetings attended by the GSM, OSM, Marine Coordinators, Permit Coordinators and all Contractors. Senior BESS Integration and Plant Control Engineer

SCADA Engineer Representative (Senior) Project Name: HOW03 – Offshore Duration: 01-Apr-2026 - 31-Dec-2026 Rotation: 14/14 Inside IR35 Description: The S&C Commissioning Engineer Representative is a critical execution role responsible for ensuring that SCADA commissioning activities are delivered safely, on time, and to the required technical and quality standards across both onshore and offshore environments. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, site execution, and stakeholder coordination, with direct impact on the successful energisation and handover of Substation Control Systems and Metering. The position requires a strong on-site presence, including offshore work during key commissioning phases, where the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, multi-contractor environment is essential. The individual is expected to take ownership of day-to-day commissioning execution, ensuring that progress is maintained, risks are actively managed, and technical integrity is upheld throughout. A central part of the role is to lead and coordinate SCADA commissioning activities across interfaces. This includes close collaboration with SCADA contractors, electrical commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall commissioning plan. The role is not limited to coordination but requires active supervision and management of commissioning personnel and activities, ensuring that testing is executed correctly, documented properly, and aligned with project requirements. The S&C Commissioning Engineer Representative is responsible for maintaining a clear and accurate overview of commissioning progress, providing structured reporting to the SCADA Package Manager and Commissioning Manager. External consultants’ equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and iPads must always be up to date with the latest iOS release. The owner must allow client’s AirWatch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed. The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by client staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime. The owner must grant approval for client to remove apps, data and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to client’s security or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is lost/stolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit and/or client. When an external consultant leaves client, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all client apps and data. Requirements: Prior experience working on client projects is preferred. The consultant must demonstrate familiarity with client’s commissioning governance, reporting structures, documentation standards, and EPC delivery model.
