We are currently seeking experienced  Blade D and Blade C Technicians  to suport ongoing wind turbine blade inspection and repair activities across multiple onshore wind energy projects in  the USA, Canada, Germany, Norway, and Sweden . The role involves performing advanced structural blade repair works to ensure turbine reliability, performance, and long-term operational integrity. Technicians will work as part of specialised blade teams delivering high-quality composite repair solutions in line with OEM standards and industry safety requirements.   Key Responsibilities Perform structural and cosmetic wind turbine blade repairs. Execute advanced composite repair techniques including grinding, laminating, filling, sanding, and finishing. Conduct damage assessments and prepare repair areas in accordance with approved repair procedures. Carry out internal and external blade repairs at height using rope access or platform systems where required. Follow OEM repair manuals and quality standards. Ensure all work is completed safely in compliance with GWO and site-specific HSE requirements. Complete inspection and repair documentation accurately. Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in accordance with operational standards.
