Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre Projects - Paris Earthstream is currently partnered with an international business that delivers large-scale turnkey Data Centre projects, who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC) to join the team. Reporting to the Head of the Technical Department, you will focus on the development of technical and financial studies for data centre construction projects, covering HVAC (CVC), Smoke extraction, and Plumbing. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating project bidding activities, proposing technical and economic variants, drafting the technical and methodological sections of commercial offers, and managing a project team of 2/3 people. You will also liaise with external partners and clients’ technical teams throughout the bidding and design phases. Design Manager - Execution - Data Centre Business Unit - Paris An established business that supports major clients in France and internationally through the design, construction, and renovation of high-performance Data Centre facilities, are currently looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction Department with an experienced Design Manager. This is a key position at the crossroads of technical expertise, project coordination, and strategic development, and as the successful Design Manager you will contribute to projects from early concept phases through the full execution stage. You will act as the technical guarantor of design quality and consistency, ensuring that all studies align with operational, contractual, financial, and environmental expectations.
