We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy project team in Mons on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the project team.
- Manage incoming emails, calls, and general queries.
- Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and preparation.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with stock control.
- Support facilities coordination, including reporting and tracking issues.
- Assist with travel bookings and general office administration.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and project records.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive and reliable approach.
