We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy project team in Mons on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Manage incoming emails, calls, and general queries.
  • Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and preparation.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with stock control.
  • Support facilities coordination, including reporting and tracking issues.
  • Assist with travel bookings and general office administration.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and project records.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and reliable approach.
