Market Development & Sales
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in the EV, transport, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead regional growth efforts with a sharp focus on revenue and pipeline development
- Manage key customer relationships across the full lifecycle of EV charging projects
- Deliver tailored, consultative solutions that meet both technical and commercial needs
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for next-generation EV technologies
- Represent the company at industry events and within key sector networks
- Work cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and operations teams
- Provide local market intelligence to shape product development and commercial strategy
- Lead on commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Ensure solutions align with Portuguese market regulations and client expectations
- 3 years’ experience in business development, key account management, or solution sales
- Strong knowledge of the Portuguese and/or wider Iberian EV charging or energy markets
- Experience with OEMs, infrastructure providers, energy companies, or public sector clients
- A solid technical grasp of EV charging, smart grids, or clean energy solutions
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Based in Portugal, with willingness to travel across the region
