We are looking for an Electrical Manager to join a major data centre project in Belgium.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring client requirements are met
- Liaise with the client and build a strong working relationship to support future project opportunities
- Develop and administer quality control provisions; support project cost estimating and value engineering where appropriate
- Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
- Champion site safety implementation and participate in Safety Leadership Teams
- Promote a strong quality culture on site and implement “Right First Time” practices
- Track and report progress at weekly client update meetings
- Liaise with the commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certificates, and change orders are issued in accordance with company policies
- Manage the on-site project team and coordinate internal resources, including travel logistics
- Plan all resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Lead and drive a large team to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Produce and maintain installed drawings and O&M manuals
- Ensure timely processing of requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery to site
- Develop a detailed, constructible programme with the project planner
- Maintain strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including UPS, STS, EPMS, BMS, generators, busbar systems, and PDUs
- Understand the requirements of working in a live environment and ensure continuity of client operations during construction
- Liaise with the client regarding permits for all works in live environments and contribute to RAMS development
- Ensure compliance with COHE policies and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors regarding LOTO procedures
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards
- Carry out all other duties associated with the role
- Trade qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification
- 5–10 years’ experience in project management
- Proven experience coordinating and managing large installation projects
- Experience dealing with industrial relations issues
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Experience in design and build environments
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects
