EarthStream Global are seeking an experienced and hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of industrial compressors (centrifugal, axial, or reciprocating) at customer and project sites. The successful candidate must have prior experience working with OEMs such as Siemens, MAN, Dresser-Rand, or equivalent.

EarthStream Global are seeking an experienced and hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of industrial compressors (centrifugal, axial, or reciprocating) at customer and project sites. The successful candidate must have prior experience working with OEMs such as Siemens, MAN, Dresser-Rand, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the installation, alignment, and mechanical setup of compressors and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform and support commissioning activities, including system checks, functional testing, and performance validation.
- Collaborate directly with OEM engineering teams and follow all OEM-specific procedures and technical specifications.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical and control systems during installation and startup.
- Ensure strict compliance with site safety standards, industry regulations, and quality protocols.
- Generate and maintain accurate technical documentation, daily logs, test reports, and commissioning checklists.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to local teams or subcontractors.
- Travel frequently to domestic and international sites based on project demand.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of industrial compressors.
- Proven experience working with or on behalf of major OEMs in the compressor space.
- Familiarity with rotating equipment, lube oil systems, vibration monitoring systems, and alignment tools.
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, mechanical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex field assignments under tight schedules.
