Location: Multiple Sites / Travel-Based

EarthStream Global are seeking an experienced and hands-on Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of industrial compressors (centrifugal, axial, or reciprocating) at customer and project sites. The successful candidate must have prior experience working with OEMs such as Siemens, MAN, Dresser-Rand, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute the installation, alignment, and mechanical setup of compressors and auxiliary equipment.
  • Perform and support commissioning activities, including system checks, functional testing, and performance validation.
  • Collaborate directly with OEM engineering teams and follow all OEM-specific procedures and technical specifications.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical and control systems during installation and startup.
  • Ensure strict compliance with site safety standards, industry regulations, and quality protocols.
  • Generate and maintain accurate technical documentation, daily logs, test reports, and commissioning checklists.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to local teams or subcontractors.
  • Travel frequently to domestic and international sites based on project demand.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of industrial compressors.
  • Proven experience working with or on behalf of major OEMs in the compressor space.
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment, lube oil systems, vibration monitoring systems, and alignment tools.
  • Strong understanding of P&IDs, mechanical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex field assignments under tight schedules.
