SCOPE OF WORK:
Construction of a 24MWdc ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) system
Construction Activities:
- Surveying, path and foundation construction
- Substructure installation and module assembly
- Inverter installation, cable laying (medium voltage), commissioning
HSE Site Advisor
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site HSE representative and interface to the HSE Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with the client HSE Terms & Conditions, BG regulations, and legal standards
- Pre-construction:
- Develop traffic concept and signage
- Prepare emergency plan
- Fulfill ancillary provisions from permits
- Execution Phase:
- Conduct and document the client safety briefings for all contractors and subcontractors
- Collect and verify: risk assessments, work instructions, machine lists, proof of qualifications and instructions
- Promote the client safety culture on-site
- Organize and lead safety meetings, inspections, and audits
- Track monthly working hours of trades and waste volumes by type
- Support HSE campaigns and accident investigations
- Monitor application of §4 Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Coordinate with SiGeKo and site management
Meetings & Reporting:
- Attend weekly construction meetings and HSE coordination sessions
- Maintain weekly inspection protocols and accident documentation
- Participate in coordination with authorities, emergency services, and fire brigade
SiGeKo (Health & Safety Coordinator)
Primary Responsibilities:-
Act as planning and execution phase coordinator for health and safety
- Ensure legal compliance with Construction Site Ordinance and the client standards
- Planning Phase:
- Identify and coordinate safety measures across trades
- Develop and update the Health & Safety Plan
- Create traffic and site equipment plans
- Advise on scheduling to avoid overlapping hazards
- Ensure safety considerations are included in tenders and contracts
- Coordinate with other safety coordinators if applicable
Execution Phase:
- Maintain and adapt the Health & Safety Plan
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections
- Coordinate cooperation between contractors
- Ensure compliance with §4 Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Document working hours and participate in accident analysis
- Finalize documentation for future safe maintenance work
Meetings & Reporting:
- Attend weekly construction meetings and HSE coordination sessions
- Maintain weekly safety inspection protocols
- Coordinate with authorities and emergency services
SKILLS:
