The consultant will act as the central coordination point for SCADA commissioning, working across contractors, engineering teams, and commissioning management to ensure seamless execution. The scope includes Substation Control Systems, WTG SCADA and grid compliance, communication networks, metering systems, and associated auxiliary systems. The role requires both technical depth and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder EPC environment. A key part of the assignment is to establish and maintain full control over commissioning activities. This includes driving the preparation and execution of FAT, SAT, and SIT, ensuring that all testing is properly conducted, documented, and approved.
