Supports the HVDC Package Manager through the construction phase, and manages all aspects of the Client’s site duties under the Contract. The role will co-ordinate the Client Site Representatives and ensure that all site related information is coordinated between the supporting functions within the project. Details: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Onshore General Site Manager is to act as the onsite Client Representative during the site initial designs, constructability assessments and planning and later construction and handover of the works. All onshore substation site management activities with respect to the onshore works including, Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Maintenance pre-Handover. The consultant will act as the central coordination point for SCADA commissioning, working across contractors, engineering teams, and commissioning management to ensure seamless execution. The scope includes Substation Control Systems, WTG SCADA and grid compliance, communication networks, metering systems, and associated auxiliary systems. The role requires both technical depth and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder EPC environment. A key part of the assignment is to establish and maintain full control over commissioning activities. This includes driving the preparation and execution of FAT, SAT, and SIT, ensuring that all testing is properly conducted, documented, and approved. MEP Construction Manager  We are seeking an MEP Construction Manager to support a data centre project in Belgium. We are seeking an MEP Construction Manager who will: <ul><li>Support site safety management in coordination with the Safety Advisor, including setup, maintenance, and close-out of the project safety file.</li><li>Manage site quality assurance in coordination with the Mechanical Package Manager, including documentation setup and close-out.</li><li>Support project planning and scheduling in alignment with other trades, package leads, consultants, and client requirements.</li><li>Assist in managing package costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, variations, and valuations.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day site operations across assigned works.</li><li>Manage subcontractor activities, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings.</li><li>Ensure weekly snagging and punch lists are issued, tracked, and closed out appropriately.</li><li>Submit direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.</li><li>Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, coordination meetings, and handover meetings.</li><li>Support project close-out, including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements.</li><li>Implement weekly look-ahead planning to ensure coordination between trades.</li><li>Produce weekly progress reports, including progress against WBS codes, risks, delays, and key issues.</li><li>Track and coordinate material deliveries in line with the project schedule.</li><li>Perform any other duties required to support successful project delivery.</li></ul>Requirements  <ul><li>Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale projects.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required.</li></ul>
