Senior Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Projects Copenhagen, Denmark We are seeking experienced Senior Electrical Project Managers to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects in Denmark. This is a senior delivery role responsible for managing the electrical scope of complex data centre builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management within data centres, critical infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale commercial environments, with experience managing complex electrical installations from design through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the electrical delivery of large-scale data centre projects.</li><li>Oversee electrical installations, coordination, progress, and quality across all project phases.</li><li>Manage subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, safety, and quality requirements.</li><li>Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical, construction, commissioning, and client teams.</li><li>Manage project risks, reporting, and issue resolution.</li><li>Support commissioning activities, testing, and final handover.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and health & safety procedures.</li><li>Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager.</li><li>Strong experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, or complex electrical projects.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and critical power infrastructure.</li><li>Experience managing electrical contractors and multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction delivery, commissioning, and project controls.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Previous hyperscale data centre project experience.</li><li>Experience working on European data centre projects.</li><li>Electrical engineering qualification or relevant technical background.</li><li>Experience with commissioning and operational readiness.</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Electrical Project Managers to join major mission-critical data centre projects across Denmark and contribute to the delivery of some of Europe’s most advanced infrastructure developments.
