Earthstream Global is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function on a major electrical construction project in the Netherlands.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring all construction activities and deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Earthstream Global is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function on a major electrical construction project in the Netherlands.
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring all construction activities and deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA/QC plan in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all quality-related functions including inspections, audits, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
- Manage documentation and reporting of QA/QC performance and ensure traceability of quality records.
- Interface with client representatives and third-party inspectors to align expectations and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience within the construction industry (electrical, power, or industrial preferred).
- 5-10 years’ experience in QC or commissioning MEP equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards construction codes.
- Experienced with construction scheduling, projects admin & management
- Experience managing a quality programme
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication in English, written and verbal
- Experience in HV substations is desirable
