Responsibilities:
* Identifying new business
* Checking portfolio opportunities for cross selling
* Developing and executing account plans
* Maintain the working relationship with the customer buying center.
* Identifying the customer's needs, create a solution and win the project.
* Winning new projects, fill the sales funnel.
* Establish business relationships for growth.

Job requirements:
Qualifications:
Holds a relevant University degree and has direct experience and affinity with the role.

* Networking and building relationships.
* Market knowledge and Branch knowledge within the world of Industrial Automation:

- Motion Control Systems: Servo drives, Inverters, and Controllers
- Control Systems: Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and Sensors.
- Industry 4.0

* Experience selling to OEMS across different market segments (Material Processing, Consumer Goods, Converting & Printing, Textiles, Warehouse Logistics)
* Extravert personality, selling attitude.
* Closing skills (active listening, negotiation, communication, and persuasion.)
* Ability to build a healthy, sustainable relationship with customers, being customer-centric, taking responsibility for the customer, and setting boundaries.
* Focusing on the customer's buying process, devising, and implementing actions to achieve targets and win projects.
* Participating in and deriving value from trade shows, expos, and networking events.

Communication:

* Proficiency in modern languages, both written and spoken (French and English)
* Excellent communication skills towards various levels, from engineers to C-level.
* Active listening to understand the customer's topics.
* Detecting customer needs and providing sufficient input to the customer to transition to our client's system.
* Networking and enthusiasm.
* Being a business partner for the customer through analytical thinking, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

* Comes from the Automation world with a proven track record in selling Industrial Automation products and solutions.
* Demonstrates a passion and interest in IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things).
