We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Site Supervisor to support a major project at the BGZ Interim Storage Facility in Biblis, Germany. The role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing electrical construction, installation, commissioning, and site activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, schedules, and budgets. The successful candidate will work closely with project management, construction teams, and contractors to monitor progress, manage technical issues, support acceptance activities, and ensure the safe and efficient execution of project work. Experience in electrical engineering is essential, while prior experience in the nuclear sector is advantageous but not required.

Job Description
· Coordinate and supervise construction and installation activities, particularly to ensure compliance with installation and execution drawings
· Coordinate and monitor construction and installation work with a focus on adherence to cost, schedule, agreed quality standards, and occupational and environmental safety requirements
· Participate in construction/site meetings
· Track and document construction progress and report to client site management and/or project management
· Coordinate ongoing activities with client construction managers from other disciplines to ensure efficient project execution
· Document deficiencies and non-conformities of contractors/service providers
· Support and/or prepare defect and non-conformance notifications for underperformance
· Assess and review contractor change order claims and additional compensation requests
· Support acceptance and handover activities for partial project scopes as well as the overall project scope
· Coordinate and supervise initial electrical energization and electrical commissioning activities

Candidate Profile / Requirements
· Engineer, Technician, or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering
· Authorization to operate/switch 10 kV electrical systems is desirable
· Strong safety awareness and a safety-focused approach to work
· Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., VDE standards)
· Structured and self-reliant working style
· Strong teamwork skills
· Previous experience in the nuclear industry is desirable but not mandatory
